Always read the manual
March7
So every so often I will try to impart a tid bit of wisdom I think others might find useful. Well for my first one I’m going to suggest something that I need to do more often it seems. Always read the manual first. I recently went to see some Camera tech’s and felt a tad silly when I could have discovered my problem had I looked at my manual. Whether it’s a new body, flash etc always read the manual first. I will be.
Too true my young man, might i be cheeky enough to ask what the silly boo boo was??
You may, I was playing with my new 17-55mm f2.8 and couldn’t understand why it appeared a bit soft through the view finder but fine when I looked at the photographs in post. Turns out I’d knocked the Dioptric, so after putting it back it looked great. Completely forgot to look at it and if I’d checked the manual would have probably reminded me to check it!
Silly boy….
I would have done the same! hehe
